After placing an order, you will receive two letters to your e-mail – the one sent by the payment system about the payment of the order, and the second one from us – a letter confirming the order.
It will take us 1-3 working days to form shipments by Russian Post; we ship orders via courier shipping on the same day when the order was placed before 14:00 or on the next working day when placing an order after 14: 00.
As soon as the order is shipped to the postal or courier service, we will send you an e-mail with delivery information.

We ship orders via Russian post service and usually it takes 1-4 weeks. The shipping is trackable.
Due to current pandemic situation the delivery time of international shipments is now may be extended. A lot of flights are cancelled and the processing of shipments entering other countries is delayed too. The international delivery time may take up to 4-6 weeks. By the link

The refund of the items
you bought is possible within seven days after receiveing the order, regardless the shipping method. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
and notify us in advance about your intention to return or exchange goods(with list of positions for exchange).
Once we receive the product and verify it, the refund or exchange will be made. You'll get the return by the same method you chose during checkout.
The return and exchange shipping is at the customer's expense. Please note that the clothes with any stains(e.g., cosmetics) is not accepted to return or exchange.
